Business Development Manager

You will have to be an entrepreneur at heart, have great verbal presentation, strong track record of revenue generation, understand different types of businesses and have a consultative selling approach to sell new opportunities to entrepreneurs looking at starting a new business.

This will be your role: 

  • Manage Key Franchise Brand Accounts: You will be the franchise account manager for multiple brands that we work closely with and will be in charge of recruiting franchises for these brands. You will strategize each client's expansion plan to recruit franchisees for them and work closely with our Digital Marketing Teams to get your brands the desired leads and results after they come on board with us using our platforms and offer end to end solutions to clients seeking business expansion and ensure that you achieve customer satisfaction as per FranchiseBazar corporate guidelines.
  • This is focused purely on Generating Revenue and building a pipeline of successful franchise prospects through solution selling.
  • Entrepreneur New Business Consultant - You will work with entrepreneurs who register on FranchiseBazar as their personalized coach and assist them in identifying the brands that could match their requirements and help them buy a business that matches their requirements. You will also work with Franchise Executives who work with a large number of entrepreneurs and help them to filter the right entrepreneurs from the franchise leads they manage and enable franchise sales.
  • Play the Match-Maker: Reach out to Brands as per the requirements of Entrepreneurs who have registered with us and are seeking opportunities of their choice. You will have to be able to negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise and enable the transaction, helping our teams to broker the deal and play a franchising consultant or a franchise broker role doing brokerage revenue.
  • We have 2 openings. Business Development Executive and Assistant Business Development Manager
  • Business Development Executive / Senior BDE: 2 Years (This position is not for Freshers and is only for BDE with a track record of selling services / solutions.)
  • ABDM- 3-5 Years (We are not looking at Experience Beyond 5 Years as the Package below may not suit your requirements.)
  • BDE - Up to Rs 8L P.A
  • ABDM - Up to 10L P.A
  • The Package will be divided into 60% as Fixed and 40% is Variable based on Performance/Targets Achieved for both the positions.

SEO Manager

The key responsibility of the positions mentioned above and that is based out of our Race Course Road Office in Bangalore and be responsible fully for the companies Digital Growth.

  • Search Engine Optimization: You must be proficient with complete Search Engine Optimization tools including on-Page Optimization, Off-page SEO, on-page SEO, SEO audits, SEO copywriting, E-commerce SEO, and be able to work with our SEO executives on getting us the desired results.
  • Technical SEO - Conduct a proper SEO Analysis and create a detailed plan on achieving our SEO Goals and achieve the said Goals in a pre-defined timeline along with strong understanding of google analytics and other tools required to build a comprehensive seo strategy and achieve top rankings on google.com
  • Email Marketing - You will be in charge of getting results from our clients using our bulk emailing campaigning platforms and will be responsible for reaching out to specific customers from our opt-in subscribers and other databases. You must be proficient in Html emails managing newsletters and be able to drive great results from the same. You must also have a good command of google analytics and google webmaster tools to analyze the traffic and other parameters.
  • Web Content Writing - Work closely with our Content Writers and other Contributors and be completely in charge of all online content creation including but not limited to Quora, India Franchise Blog and Franchise Bazar, and our other blogs including doing press releases and publishing in other social media sites. This includes updating content, managing event calendar, and edit graphics, images, and photo galleries. You must be proficient in SEO Copywriting
  • DataBase Management - Collate data that we receive of franchisors, entrepreneurs, and others on the portal and manage them effectively for the use of sales teams for e-shots and other marketing activities. Cross-Functional Experience- Knowledge of cross functions like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Social Media Marketing (SMM) / Internet Marketing, and Web Content Management will be of great advantage.
  • Interns & Team Management: You will work closely with our Interns and teams from the SEO, SMM, Content, Graphics, Video, & other Team Members. You will need to be aware of the latest developments in the SEO segment and ensure that you work closely with the content and the tech team to be 100% SEO compliant and get the desired traffic results
  • SEO Executives / SEO Analysts and all other Senior Executive roles as mentioned above: With Min 1 Year Experience of Getting Measurable results. Your Initial Package starts from 1.8 LPA Upwards and will be based upon your past experience and what value addition you bring to the table. Our initial offer will be for the probation period of 6 months, after which it is raised to the levels of your achievements at the end of the initial period after which you settle down with a CTC which is much higher.
